Rider is the President, and Managing Partner at Alpha Abstract Agency as well as a licensed title insurance agent in the state of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. Rider graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a member of Alpha’s executive team and is responsible for all aspects of a transaction from start to finish.

Having previously studied and worked in the asset management industry, Rider’s financial expertise is imperative to providing a high level of service when dealing with multimillion dollar commercial transactions.

Dakota Kaleck

Dakota is a Co-Founder at Alpha Abstract Agency as well as a licensed title insurance agent and licensed real estate agent in the state of Pennsylvania. Dakota graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS). He is a member of Alpha’s executive team and is responsible for all aspects of a transaction from start to finish.

Outside of experience in the title industry, Dakota has extensive knowledge in construction, property management, and maintenance with many contacts and connections covering all aspects of a real estate transaction.
